Student Documents
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate and/or national ID card (students over 7 years old). International students: Copy of Foreign ID Card (Cédula de Extranjería), Passport and Visa (international students over 7 years old).
- Report cards and proof of completion of the last school year, or the most recent daycare/kindergarten progress report.
- Inter-school Transfer Form.
- If the student is currently receiving external therapy, please include the corresponding report.
Parent Documents
- A family photo including parents and siblings of the student.
- Copies of both parents’ ID cards.
We'd love to get to know you
- PK3 and PK4: parent interview
- Kindergarten and Pre-K: parent interview and student observation
- Elementary and High School: parent interview and student interview. Knowledge assessment in English, Spanish and Mathematics.
Results
The Admissions Committee will meet to review your application, and our Head of Marketing and Admissions will contact you with the outcome.
Enrolment process
To begin the enrolment process on our platform, please have the following documents ready:
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate and national ID card (students over 7 years old)
- International students: Copy of Foreign ID Card (Cédula de Extranjería), Passport and Visa (international students over 7 years old)
- Report cards and proof of completion of the last school year, or daycare/kindergarten progress reports
- Copy of health insurance card (EPS or prepaid plan) and vaccination record
- Hearing and vision test results, and medical certificate issued by a pediatrician
- School clearance certificate from previous school or kindergarten, and copies of both parents’ ID cards
- If the child lives with only one parent, please include a signed and notarized authorization letter for their participation in the admissions and enrolment process, signed by both parents
- If custody is not shared, please include the legal custody document
